When there is stuff in the recycle bin, I will double click the reycle bin icon on my desktop and then click the "Emplty the Recycle Bin" button/tab at the top of the window but nothing happens. Its as if the button has no purpose. If I right click the recycle bin icon on the desktop and click "empty recycle bin" it works. Can somebody help me out with this. Thanks!

Looks like the 'right click' works the best. I will use that more often than a double click...in fact, I don't use a double click. I have everything set to open with a 'single' click.

Also, if you're having troubles with 'file associations', you can reset and restore them by following this guide.
