For several weeks, I have been trying to get into a competitive spades room at the MSN Gaming Zone. Even though I have installed the latest Sun Java and Microsoft VM and patches, I get java script errors or blank pages where the room menu shoud be.

The techs at the Zone seem to think my anti-virus software, spyware or pop-up blockers are preventing Zone Friends from loading. However, as I pointed out, I have had trouble getting into a room even after reformatting and before installing the security software.

I have reinstalled the java script engine. I think I have configured the MSN Explorer and Google pop-up blockers to allow pop-ups at the Zone pages I frequent. I have looked for blocking and restrictions in the logs for Ad-aware, CCleaner, Spybot Search and Destroy and Spywareblaster. Nonetheless, I am not confident I discovered and allowed everything I ought to have.

Albeit, I really do not know what I am looking for. So, I am hoping that your expertise will be able to assist my ignorance. Here is my latest Hijack log:

You may want to ask a mod. to move this to the hijack this forum so you can get it answered by members that know hijack this really good. I am starting to learn but don't want to give you the wrong answer.

I sent an email with a copy of your response to a moderator the same day you posted, Frankie. I have no heard anything from anyone. Am I wasting my time here?

Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.
