Once in a while this problem would occur to my browser. For some reason it wouldn't load the page properly and it really pisses me off. Can someone tell me what is causing this?

Here's an image of what it looks like.

Hello huMAC

It looks like a problem with CSS or javascript not loading correctly. Does this happen on any other browsers other than safari?
Regards,

Alan.

I get this occasionally, and it's usually caused (in my case) by a network problem. What happens when you try to refresh/reload the page?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I have the Knack. **  If I haven't replied in 48 hours, please send me a message. My eye problems have recently increased and I'm having difficult reading posts. (23 Nov 2017)FYI - I am completely blind in the right eye and ~30% blind in the left eye.<p>If the eye problems get worse suddenly, I may not be able to respond. If that's the case and help is needed, please PM a staff member for assistance.

FWIW: It's also happened to me two or three times. I just close IE and reopen it, seems do the trick on my system.

I sometimes see this when I clear my intenet cache while browsing. Do you have any applications that could be doing this?
Regards,

Alan.

That tool does have the ability to cause this problem as it can clear the cache while using a browser which would result in that changed layout.
I have done that quite a few times

Alan.

As Louis said above that closing and opening the browser a few times should fix the problem.

Alan.
