Security Task Manager Device And Service Report

Well I recently downloaded security task manager and it said
14 services and 23 drivers are active and do not belong in the operating system.
1 services and 2 drivers are potentially suspicious and should be examined
0 services and 2 drivers are potentially dangerous and should be examined.
What should I do?
