when I try to play some games my screen remains blank and I get this prompt that says out of frenquency. The suggestion I got to fix it say;s boot in VGA mode. what does that mean

Are you running your monitor at a proper refresh rate? Also, are you running it at a resolution that is supported? What type of video card do you have, and have you updated the drivers for it lately?
