Hey everyone, just introducing myself to the forum. I'm pretty much a novice at most computer stuff, so bear with my ignorance. I'm from New York and mostly do a lot of home recording using Cubase, stuff like that.

Thanks for having me.

I posted a HiJack this log regarding some of the problems I am having with my PC. Will someone respond to it when they come across it? Did I even post it in the right place? Please some help, remember I'm a noob.

Thanks guys.

You have posted it in the right place. A member of the HJT Team should respond to it when they can get to it. While you have made a Hijack This log you shouldn't make any changes to the system as it would make changes the log wouldn't have accounted for.
Regards,

Alan.

Ok, thanks Alan, will do. Do you happen to know if unplugging your PC from the internet will stop a trojan from getting worse?

Hi Drew,

This isn't really the forum to discuss this in, but while unplugging the system should prevent other systems from getting infected, the trojan may still spread around a bit more on the infected system.
Regards,

Alan.
