Hello!

My computer got infected by spyware last night. I ran Spybot and managed to remove several spyware programs but could not remove Virtumonde and win32.delf.uc. When I run Spybot, it shows these programs and shows that it fixed them but when I restart the computer and rerun the spybot, it shows both the programs again. I am assuming that the indication that these programs still exist is the fact that I am unable to turn on windows automatic updates.

I am unable to run the DSS program suggested in the "how to post" topic. It starts and gets stuck for several hours showing "examining registry." However, I am attaching a hijackthis log. I will be very grateful if someone can have a look at this log and let me know how I can fix this problem. Thanks a lot!!

Hello All,

Please don't bother to analyze my hijackthis log anymore. I reformatted my computer last night and hopefully it removed everything. Thanks for all of you who cared to look at my problem.

Thanks!
