That doesn't do any good. Is this a store bought computer or custom made?
Download S.I.W. with installer from HERE
In the left-hand column, click on Motherboard and post the make and model number

Which should I download? SIW with Installer, Standalone or U3?

By the way, is this program safe?

hamluis, I downloaded the file and runned setup, but it said something like "Driver not found. Reboot and run setup again".

I restarted but the same thing happened.

I tried using Device Manager but it was unable to install the driver.

By the way, my system went haywire when I installed the driver from Intel.

Well...did you install the correct drivers for your operating system?

I don't recall that you ever specified which version of Windows you have installed.
