Computer Infected. System32, Spy-ware, Trojans?

Hey everyone, n00b here. The last week I've had a problem with my computers performance and until recently have found out that I have a virus on my computer. So all help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Here is my HJTHS Log.

Hi,

* Please visit this webpage for instructions for downloading and running ComboFix:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

This includes installing the Windows XP Recovery Console in case you have not installed it yet.

Post the log from ComboFix when you've accomplished that, along with a new HijackThis log.
