Hi there, I have found your website whilst looking for a way to remove this Winprotector from my computer. I have downloaded/installed/run Malwarebytes and it has removed some infected files from my pc, but I cannot seem to get rid of this winprotector thing - yes I rebooted after running mal. This program interupts all web browsing and demands payment for thier product. any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello and welcome. Are you using XP?
Please post the malwarebytes log so we can see what was found and removed
The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply and exit MBAM
