I'm trying to fix my brother's computer, and after just running AVG it runs a little better. However, there is this constant nagging pop-up, most often with "LuCallbackProxy.exe - Bad Image" as the title, but always appears any time a program attempts to open. I've seen several other walkthrus on here and other places on how to fix this problem, but I wasn't sure if it was a different case for every computer.

So, here's the HJT log:

Hello devinitas,

I apologise for the delay, the forum is too busy.
----------------------------------------------
Infostealer.Banker.C

You have been infected by W32/Rbot-VZ, which allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet banking and personal data.

Infostealer.Banker.C

I recommend that you disconnect this machine from the internet NOW!

1. Disconnect infected computer from the internet and from any networked computers until the computer can be cleaned.

2. Call all of your banks, credit card companies, financial institutions and inform them that you may be a victim of identity theft and to put a watch on your accounts or change all your account numbers.

3. From a clean computer, change *all* your online passwords -- for email, for banks, financial accounts, PayPal, eBay, online companies, any online forums or groups you belong to.

Do NOT change passwords or do any transactions while using the infected computer because the attacker will get the new passwords and transaction information.

After you've done above, post a new HijackThis log.
