Unable To Access Windows Xp Updates From Microsoft

When I load Windows Update, I keep receiving the following message from Microsoft at this site: http://www.update.microsoft.com/windowsupd...t.aspx?ln=en-us


[Error number: 0x80072EE7]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.

I've attached the 2 txt files, main and extra. Any suggestions and advice would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please don't attach your logs but copy and paste them in the thread instead...

* Please download FixwareOut from the following site:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts. If your firewall gives an alert, (because this tool will download an additional file from the internet), please don't let your firewall block it, but allow it instead.
Then you will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads please post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log.
