Unable To Remove Trojan (pws-onlinegames)

I am having a problem with a trojan, and despite being removed by mcafee and combofix, it keeps coming back, everytime when windows gets rebooted. Mcafee idendify it as pws-onlinegames. From what I observed, the trojan runs every 30mins, because my mcafee pops up. Whenever it runs it will create the files. Anybody can help narrow down what is it hidden as?
