Hello all I'm new to the computer help forums, I have always tried to rough it myself or I end up formatting. I just hope to learn a thing or two so I don't have to continue to do this. Thank for any help.

Sometimes formatting is the best solution so don't be too hard on yourself.

Welcome to BC!
Reformatting should, though, be the last resort and done, therefore, sparingly and only when everything else fails to resolve the problems.
