Lately, my computer has been really slow. When i turn my computer on, it is fine. But after a while, it slows down drastically. videos, games, and the internet all slow down and it is very frustrating. My computer seems to slow down sooner while i am playing games or watching videos. But after i stand by and open my computer again, it is back to normal. Can someone please help me? Thanks

Open the Task Manager (right-click on the Task Bar at the bottom of the screen and click Task Manager). Then click the Processes tab and see if any process is using a high amount of CPU while you are experiencing the slow-down.

when i'm using mozilla and it starts lagging, mozilla has a really high cpu. when i'm playing games, the game has really high cpu. but when they are both on, the game has higher cpu. it goes up to the 80's sometimes. mozilla doesn't start lagging as much as the games do.

How much memory?

What CPU?

Maybe those activities you mentioned...tax the system too much.

Well, i don't have any toolbars. i don't think that its something extra that is slowing down my computer. everything i'm doing is normal, and the lag will still come.
