This is my first post so please bear with me if this is not in the right room. My PC has started freezing when I do a complete PC scan using AVG 8. It locks up after 15 seconds each time and when reboots the warning of Update has been disabled comes up and stays up on each reboot. I can update whilst on line but when I switch off and return it tells me the update has been disabled. Now if I run a scan and select drives c, d and e the pc does not freeze. Any clues. This has only just come to notice when my automatic scan ran yesterday. Hope all this makes sense
