Youtube videos take forever to load on my computer. Some videos transfer at the full 1.1mbps but most are like 200kbps and I am mad. I did not get dsl to have barely above dial up download speeds. How can I tell if its my ISP or youtube?

Do a traceroute to youtube.com and then compare that to some other site. See the possible differences, in times between 'hops'.

Is there any tool to do that easily? What should I be looking for?

What do you get for time on youtube.com I get like 74 MSCS or whatever.

CGM, you might want to give PingPlotter a try. They still have a freeware version available at http://www.pingplotter.com/download.html bottom of page v1.20

Last week I have uploaded video, I didn't came across any problem with youtube

You can do a trace route (tracert) from a command window. But you can use other tools. Such as the ones here. Look at the right hand side of the page under "Internet Center"
