Strange Scrolling

Hi there, have done system re- format and re-installed windows....When i move boxes or scroll it is staggered and not free flowing, any ideas?

Go to the Control Panel and open Internet Options. Click on the Advanced tab, scroll down till you find Use smooth scrolling, make sure the box is has a check mark in it.

If this doesn't work, uninstall the the mouse in the Device Manager and reboot, the installation wizard will find it and assign new drivers for it.

Is this a cordless mouse? Low batteries can cause that in a cordless.
