Having a problem seeing all the buttons that are needed to set email account in Outlook. It seems the box needs to be maximized and the bottom and right side are cut off.

I'm not sure that I'm following you. Are you opening Outlook Express, clicking of Tools, accounts, and mail to set up an account?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

It doesn't matter if you use Outlook Express, Outlook, or Mail in the Control panel, they will all open the same access to set up the account. What I don't understand what buttons that you are referring to at the bottom right of the screen. Does your screen look like the one below? If not please do a screen shot and post it back here so that we can see what you are describing.

As a temporary workaround, right click on your desktop and select Properties. Then select the Settings tab and increase your screen resolution. That usually will fit more of the Window on your desktop so that you can figure it out. Then, when done, reset it back to the original resolution.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

For some reason print screen isn't work for me....maybe I'm doing something wrong. Are there any special instructions to copy a screen shot into the blog?

I did shift / print screen - and then Ctrl / V and it copies fine into Word. Let me know if there is something different I should do? I will attach a Word doc for now with the screen shot for you...

Thanks
