Exact error message, please?

Are you saying that the system currently will not boot into Windows?

Have you tried...last known configuration?

Can you get into the BIOS?

Did you use the recovery disk provided by the manufacturer...according to directions provided by the manufacturer?

What error message when you tried the manufacturer recovery disk?

Louis
