It definitely sounds like the current installation you have of the Yahoo browser is corrupted. The simple solution is to reinstall the software. The first step is to uninstall the 'Yahoo Browser' from add/remove in the control panel, then reinstall the software from the CD that most likely came with your ISP installation CD. If you don't have the CD, let me know..
