I dont know what I have, but I cannot open any programs on my desktop without right clicking and hitting open or left clicking and then hitting enter. I cannot use any buttons on my web browser (fwd, back, stop, etc), the drop down menu for the address bar will not work, when I click on any link in my web browser it doesnt work unless I left click then hit the enter key afterwards. Virus scans and the like do not detect anything. Please help. Thanks

Have you tried a system restore back to a point just before the issue started?

If you need to know how to use system restore see this tutorial:
