Hello, sorry for the delay getting to you.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
alternate download site

DSS will do the following:
  • Create a new System Restore point in Windows XP and Vista.
  • Clean your Temporary Files, Downloaded Program Files, Internet Cache Files, and empty the Recycle Bin on all drives.
  • Check some important areas of your system and produce a report for an analyst to review.
  • Automatically run HijackThis. It will also install and place a shortcut to HijackThis on your desktop if you do not already have it installed. So, if HijackThis is not installed and DSS prompts you to download it, please answer yes.
You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges when using this program.
  • Close all applications and windows.
  • Double-click on dss.exe to run it and follow the prompts.
  • If your anti-virus or firewall complains, please allow this script to run as it is not
    malicious.
  • When the scan is complete, two text files will open in Notepad:
    • main.txt <- this one will be maximized
    • extra.txt <- this one will be minimized
  • If not, they both can be found in the C:\Deckard\System Scanner folder.
  • Please copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
-- When running DSS, some firewalls may warn that it is trying to access the Internet, especially if you're asked to download the most current version of HijackThis. Please ensure that you allow it permission to do so.
-- If you get a warning from your anti-virus while DSS is scanning, please allow DSS to continue as the scan is not harmful.

Next:

Please do a scan with Kaspersky Online Scanner

Note: If you are using Windows Vista, open your browser by right-clicking on its icon and select 'Run as administrator' to perform this scan.

Click on the Accept button and install any components it needs.
  • The program will install and then begin downloading the latest definition files.
  • After the files have been downloaded on the left side of the page in the Scan section select My Computer
  • This will start the program and scan your system.
  • The scan will take a while, so be patient and let it run.
  • Once the scan is complete, click on View scan report
  • Now, click on the Save Report as button.
  • Save the file to your desktop.
  • Copy and paste that information in your next post.

Hi again,

First, please download Flash_Disinfector.exe by sUBs and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click Flash_Disinfector.exe to run it and follow any prompt(s).
  • The utility should ask you to insert your flash drive and/or other removable drives including your mobile phone. Please do so and allow the utility to clean up those drives as well.
  • Wait until it has finished scanning and then exit the program.
  • Reboot your computer when done.
Note: Flash_Disinfector will create a hidden folder named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you ran it. Don't delete this folder, it will help protect your drives from future infection.

Next

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and save it to your Desktop.
Alternate download location
Alternate download location

Double-click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a check mark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See note below)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM. Please post that log in your next reply.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

In your next reply, please include a new DSS log, the log from MBAM, and let me know what problems you are still having, if any.

Hi again, I don't see too much showing, but I'd like to clean what I do see as thoroughly as possible. So, before doing anything manually, please do the scan as outlined below. Please be aware that this scan can take several hours to complete.
  • Please go HERE to run the Trend Microâ„¢ HouseCall Scan.
  • Click Launch HouseCall Free Scan
  • Allow HouseCall 6.6 to download and install. Accept the license agreement.
  • Choose Complete Scan in the scan options.
  • Then, choose Start Scanning.
  • Please be patient while it installs, updates, and scans your system.
  • Once the scan is complete, it should take you to the summary page.
  • Under Cleanup options, choose clean all detected infections automatically. (This may not be exactly what you see, but allow it to clean what it finds.)
  • Click the Clean now>> button.
  • If anything was found you may be prompted to run the scan again, you can just close the browser window.
After running that, you can note what is found in your next reply. Please be sure to also post a new DSS log and let me know what problems persist.

Edit to add: Forgot to mention this. It looks like you may have already run Combofix, please let me know whether you have done so.
