on our computer all the family have their own log in screens...
when my wife logs in she gets a screen that says..
Error loading C:\progra~1\MY WEBS~1\bar\5.bin\F35CRCTR.DLL
This only happens on her screen.
Can someone please tell me how i can get rid of this screen (i've tried everything i can think of) because an upset wife is not a good thing!!!!

That error refers to My Websearch which is a malware program. Try running Adaware and Spybot to remove it. It can also be removed through Control Panel>Add/Remove programs but these programs are rarely completely removed through that method.

See the instructions here for a removal tool and how to use it.

The best idea is to post a HiJack This log in the forum here on BC. See How to submit a Hijackthis Log.

i currently run 'spybot' and 'adaware' programs but this is still happening.
i'll follow your link and see if that helps my problem.
thanks again.
