My aunt has a Dell laptop and she bought a wireless card. With this it installed this Dell Wireless connector program and it seems to be fighting with the windows wireless connector. I just installed a new wireless router and Both Windows and Dell Connector says Connected to 'Richmond Family' But AOL 9.1 will not sign on. There used to be 2 wireless connections. I deleted the bad one because it stopped working and she got connected just fine. Now AOL wont connect nor will IE. Windows is fully updated and she keeps calling me and telling me that I screwed up her pc. Is it possible to remove the dell connector and let the windows connector do the work? Is there anyway that I can fix this?
