Hi. I'm desperate for assistance with removal of the above spyware, plus "spyware.IEMonster.B", plus "zlop.pornadvertiser.xplisit". I have Zone Alarm Security Suite, but it doesn't seem to have prevented these. I tried to download Malwarebytes, as suggested elsewhere in this site, but I keep getting a message saying "the website declined to show this page". Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There are several download sites available. These are all direct downloads:
http://www.malwaresupport.com/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe
http://malwarebytes.gt500.org/mbam-setup.exe

Please print out and follow the Instructions for using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (scroll down).
  • If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download them from here and just double-click on mbam-rules.exe to install.
  • When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad.
  • The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply and exit MBAM.
Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you may be asked to reboot your computer so it can proceed with the disinfection process. Reagardless if prompted to restart the computer or not, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot normally (not into safe mode) will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.
