anyone know of anything i can replace my burnt out motherboard with that is equal or compatable to my motherboard for my computer?

You're using a socket 939 processor, therefore you need one that supports it. That socket has been retired so it may be difficult to find a new mobo that uses it. Newegg doesn't have any in stock and Tigerdirect has one that is refurbished and not that great.
