Depends on what exactly you want to accomplish.
Raising your click count to make money from a web site? - not gonna help with that
Kill an annoying window such as "you have been idle for blah blah do you wish to remain online?"
type thing? - quite possible to do (with parent and child window handles and few API calls)
Give some more info if possible.

All the need it 2 do it click a spot on the screen ive found 1 program that does it, it just records like a marco and repeats it. But i need 1 that will randomise the seconds between clicks from 4 - 10 seconds so its human like. Its for a game that involes training your lvl lol. The 1 now works ok'ish but i really need 1 that will randomly click between 4 - 10 seconds.

Its called " PTFB" or " Push The Freakin Button " ( full name sry 4 the swear word lol couldnt help that its the name) if u want google that and get a idea of what i mean u can.

Well i looked at the site and found this under the macro section:
"Specify how quickly PTFB Pro should respond to a dialog"
But if the time limit is random every time the button pops up
then i dont think you'll get around that.

just a random thought for a random question

your using a macro program do you have to "record" the mouse movement/click you do? if so and if you need it random, "record" it random for 5-10 clicks that way every 5-10 clicks it will still be doing it randomly. if it checks for this. what you can do is move the mouse in the button area between clicks so its not clicking same place.
Something like below is what i mean.

_____________________________
  click                              click
                click    click
                click    click
  click                              click
