I need a computer cooler for my Dell Dimension E520 but not sure what to get can you get ones that just plug in. Not Sure

By cooler do you mean fan? If you're talking about fans, you can't replace the ones in a Dell. I think you might be able to add in some other fans, but dell uses fans with a weird type of connection.
