Hi,

Please find below Hijackthis log for my PC started in a safe mode.
It's been over a month that I know my PC is infecyed with some kind of Trojan but unable to remove it.
I therefore require help from experts on this form since I'm a novice in such matters.
There is a particular file "AcSpecf.dll" which I presume to be an infection. Am I correct? Can anyone expert in this matter please help me out?

Thanks,
nv2008

Hello nv2008,

Welcome to Bleeping Computer

Your system has been compromised. If you don't reformat and reinstall, which is your safest and surest course, then it is extremely important to change your passwords and such after it's clean. Your passwords are all known. Don't do it now, or they'll just get stolen again. Keep an eye on any sensitive accounts you might have for nefarious activity.

Please let me know what you want to do.

Thanks,
tea

Hi Tea,

Thanks for your reply. I need to know whether it is only the passwords to my accounts or any other information that has been accessed on my PC?

This is the last time I'm using this PC for logging onto the internet.

Thanks and have a nice day,
nv2008

Hello,

I apologize for my delayed reply.

Any information you deem important should be looked after, and any passwords you have should be changed. Are you going to reformat then?

Regards,
tea
