So I removed the "anti virus xp 2008" virus and now wen I turn on my pc and it asked me to login in I can type my password but it never loads completely. I can only access my pc in safe mode. I assume I just need to get the xp disc and repair it but I could be wrong...any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Try running System Restore.

Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> System restore.

When this opens make sure that "Restore my computer to an earlier time" is chosen, and click on Next>.

The dates appearing in bold are the dates that you can restore to, click on the date that you want and then click Next> to start the System Restore. This may take a long time to complete, and when it is done it will restart your computer. When the computer restarts and you have logged on as the administrator a Restoration Complete page will appear, click on OK to complete the process.

This will take a while, so be sure you have time to allow this to complete running.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Try pressing Enter (without typing anything) when it asks for a password. Beyond that we can't help with defeating passwords as it's against the board rules.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
