Ad-aware found and removed these:

Cleaned Infections
===========================
MRU Path: C:\Documents and Settings\User\Recent Count: 69, Belonging to MRU Object
MRU Registry Key: S-1-5-21-1960408961-220523388-725345543-1003\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5603 Count: 2, Belonging to MRU Object
MRU Registry Key: S-1-5-21-1960408961-220523388-725345543-1003\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs Count: 1, Belonging to MRU Object

What are they, and should I be concerned about an infection?

/edit: I normally use the the firefox browser, so I'm somewhat perplexed with the internet explorer typed urls thing. Is that normal? Could this be related: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/159170/yahoo-instant-messenger-pop-up/

Hello TTC and welcome to BC :thumbsup:

MRU stands for Most Recently Used. These are not malware entries, but might be a privacy concern.

MRU Path: C:\Documents and Settings\User\Recent Count: 69, Belonging to MRU Object
MRU Registry Key: S-1-5-21-1960408961-220523388-725345543-1003\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5603 Count: 2, Belonging to MRU Object

This key indicates what you last searched for using the windows search function.

MRU Registry Key: S-1-5-21-1960408961-220523388-725345543-1003\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs Count: 1, Belonging to MRU Object

And this key indicates what sites you last typed into the address bar in Internet Explorer.

You can read a bit more about MRU in post two in this topic:
