Help! I can connect to the internet okay, but once I try to click on a link, it's a 1 - 3 minute wait, and sometimes it never even goes through. I followed the suggestions offered here, I ran some of the free programs that were offered here (for trojans, spyware, etc.). I also purchased a Fix-It Utilities and ran the whole thing. I've deleted lots of stuff (but am not sure if that affects my internet problem). I also have a magicJack phone system connected to a USB but I've even tried disconnecting that. For the most part I use Mozilla Firefox. I have IE on my computer and use it as little as possible. My computer is also set up to where I have remote access to the office (I have to use IE for that. I also had to download SP3). I'm an EXTREME novice and am not sure what else to do. Would appreciate any input I can get
Thanks!

You may have deleted a lot of stuff but what we don't know.

Lets start a little basic before we say its spyware/trojans. Have you cleared your cookies lately? For firefox its as easy as pressing Ctrl+Shift+Del while its open.
If I am helping you and I do not respond within 24 hours, please send me a PM. :)

Cleared my cookies. I had it set to where my history would clear whenever I closed out.
