I have been infected with spyware for a while now, but it's really gotten worse in the past few days, i've been getting about 10 popups every minute or so and it is always minimizing me from my games - it's crippling me basically.
I have ran ad-aware, Spybot S&D and Registery Mechanic to try and fix most of my spyware issues, but i'm still having problems with a lot of popups.

So i'm here at bleepingcomputer seeking help from the experts
:thumbsup:

I have ran HijackThis and here is my log:

I guess all this spyware is causing my computer to be slow at start up, I have to wait like 5 minutes after it reaches the desktop to do anything because if I do, it will freeze up.
Any help is appreciated

Hi there,

You have a nice collection in there.
I see you are running Ad-watch in the background. Please disable it, because it can interfere with the fixes and undo them.
Also make sure it wont start up with windows next time you reboot.

Download and install CCleaner
Do not use it yet.

* Please set your system to show all files; please see here if you're unsure how to do this.

* Download LQfix.zip
Unzip it and save it to your desktop, don't use it yet!!

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://search.offeroptimizer.com/sidebar.htm
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://searchmiracle.com/sp.php
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch = res://C:\PROGRA~1\Toolbar\toolbar.dll/sa

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

* Reboot into Safe Mode`:
°To get into the Safe mode as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key". Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

* Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them if still present:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wintask.exe
C:\WINDOWS\LCPJDLL.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SOLUENC.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\System32\winupdt.exe
c:\windows\system32\elodjyj.exe

C:\Program Files\Media Access <== this folder
C:\PROGRAM FILES\Toolbar <== this folder
C:\PROGRAM FILES\Web Offer <== this folder
C:\PROGRAM FILES\MYDAILYHOROSCOPE <== this folder
C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

* Doubleclick LQfix.bat that you saved on your desktop before.
A doswindow will open and close again, this is normal.

* Go to start > run and type: sc delete SvcProc

* Start Ccleaner and click Run Cleaner

* Reboot your system back to normal mode.

* Perform an onlinescan with housecall and/or Etrust and let it delete everything it finds.

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and I'll take another look.

Thank you so very much miekiemoes, i haven't gotten a popup since i've been online (10 mins or so) i'm going to go ahead and post my brand new log

*note
I couldnt delete wintask.exe, it said that it is currently in use.
Also my computer on startup seems to be loading a bit slow still - like when I load up I can't directly click on a icon or close anything like I used to be able to, because it will all freeze up

Good..

* Download Killbox.
Click killbox.exe.
Select the option "Delete on reboot".

Now copy the next bold:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wintask.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
c:\windows\system32\ihmvvrl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Open 'file' in the killboxmenu on top and choose Paste from clipboard

Now you will see, this is pasted in the "Full Path of File to Delete"-field.
There's a little arrow (dropdown-arrow) next to that field.
If you expand it, these lines must be there together!

Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.
Killbox will tell you that all listed files will be deleted on next reboot.. Click YES
When it asks if you would like to Reboot now, click YES
If you get a "PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External Process!" message then just restart manually.

Your system must reboot now.

Post a new hijackthislog afterwards.

Ok, i did everything that you told me to do in your last post.

Before I post the log, i was wondering is there anything running that could possibly be slowing down my internet? Eversince I started deleting this spyware my ping has been going up really high in my games - and i'm not downloading anything.

Hmmm.. Please don't perform anything else than the things I ask you. Don't go taskkilling files or whatever, because it can interfere with the fix.
Also, try to perform my steps as soon as possible.

Ok.. let us try next:

Download Findit
Unzip it to your desktop. Make sure the FindIt's.bat and XFind.com are together in the same UNZIPPED folder!

Doubleclick FindIt's.bat and post the log you get in your next reply.

I run find-it and when it's scanning something a error pops up

"C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. the system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications. choose 'close' to terminate the application"

Yeah I have no idea what is wrong with my internet now, it wasnt doing this till i deleted the spyware

Seems like this is a common problem lately.

Use the following fix:

http://www.visualtour.com/downloads/xp_fix.exe

Then try to perform FindIt again.
