Hex Folder Name

Hi, I was looking through the My Documents folder and found this folder named "{9DF687E7-381C-4882-A05F-4ADF1DD53394}". It has a modified date of September, 2005 and there's an executable in there with the name Nvidia ForceWare Network Manager.

I have no idea what this stuff is or even does, do you think it is ok to just DELETE it?
