Securing Your Site

I've been looking .htaccess codes to secure my site with... these are the most helpful ones I could find:









I don't know much about .htaccess codes so my question is that, the codes are different but some of them perform the same function (like Blocking Bad Bots) so should I add all the codes or will just adding one be enough, because adding all the codes might neutrulize each other out and not work...
