my friend's anti-virus got disabled.he is currently using the norton antivirus 2007 edition. apparently, he cannot run scans and has problems updating his anti virus. recently, a rouge program hijacked it and caused the computer to malfunction, and he had to shut it down. after rebooting, the cApp.exe file:atl71.dll was missing. before this, his brother had downloaded a bittorrent client, and had attempted to download a movie.shortly after this, the problems started. is the anti virus program corrupted?

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
