I wasnt sure which forum i was supposed to post it in..

i think i need to repair my xp, but i cant save my hijack logfile to post it. CAn someone help me..slowly all my programs are just not working.

HELP

I can open hijackthis, but i cant save it to copy it

One of the major problems is that I cant have a screen saver, because when i touch my mouse again, all i get is the background of my desktop. I cant open any program. Another problem is that when ever i try to save or a document/ program, the program i am using to save or open freezes. and i have to right click the taskbar to close it. Then the error report comes up. I feel like my system is about to crash. I have to frequently restart my computer to get some programs to work. SOme just wont open, like hijackthis or windows media player. thair.gif Also, sometimes, my computer just randomly restarts and when i thas restarted, it says that windows has encountered a serious error

Everything is freezing all the time. It seems to hasve gotten worse since I have installed Sp1a..plus i cant open my taskmanager..
and now i am having a lot of popups, as soon as i log on to my user...
here is my fresh log:

also, when i startup my computer this website is loading in internet explorer (I use mozilla):

http://www.knu-konceptz.com/news.html

when i logged on last time.. an error came up saying that windows had experienced a serious error..it also took me to this website..s

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=897079

these steps did not seem to help. I could not find the "msdrv.exe or the sdkcore.exe files" on my computer...
i cannot open word without it freezing...and once again the problem is that I have a paper due..ok..i think that is all the info i have for you...

OK there is my background...

here is my log!

Click on start, settings, control panel and double-click on add/remove programs. From with add/remove program uninstall the following if they exist:

SurfSidekick2
180 Search Assistant
Elite Toolbar
Bargain Buddy

Print out these instructions and then close all windows including Internet Explorer.

Then I want you to fix some of those entries. Please do the following:

Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button:
