Outlook Express Error Number: 0x800ccc0f

Windows XP pro SP2---internet explorer 6SP2---outlook express6---ADSL modem broke. Used dial up until new modem arrived.
Deleted dial up---installed new modem using ISPís CD
Web works perfectly.
Outlook Express crashes everytime I receive e-mail. Can send no problem.
USB light goes out, modem loses power.
These are the error messages I get.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.optusnet.com.au', Server: 'mail.optusnet.com.au', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '+OK', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.optusnet.com.au (1)', Server: 'mail.optusnet.com.au', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10065, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E


Please help me.

hi, copy and paste error number into google, will show lots of solutions. good luck
