Hello yethPC,

I was under the impression that workstation was not free and player was free. If you do not receive the licence code soon, you should ask them to resend the email.
Regards,

Alan.

Workstation is free for 30 day evaluation.
VMWare Player is free.

Are they different products?Or Vmplayer is just an added package so vmworkstation can fully run?Or vmplayer is just intended for those who wanna have virtual pc software for free without any limit?

As far as I can tell Workstation is used to create virtual systems and player is used to view virtual systems made by any workstation product.

This means someone could make you a virtual drive an you could run it using only player.

Alan.

nigglesnush85 is correct about the differences. There is a huge vmware community
that provides tons of virtual systems.
