Download killbox here:

KillBox

Unzip the folder to your desktop.

Start Killbox.exe

When it is open, enter c:\windows\system32\mad.dll into the field labeled "Full path of file to delete".

Select the Delete on reboot option.

Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.

Your computer will reboot and check to see if the file is gone.

Nope. It's still there. I have ran A Squared and also did the whole regedit trick, but it couldn't remove it either. I know that this is the problem because yesterday the scan found 12 infections and today it found 240. If I could find a way to kill mad.dll, it would seem to make the system run better.
