Please for the sake of my sanity someone reply my computer won't let me open any exe programs it just keeps saying:
This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel.

If you know how to fix this reply with step by step instructions.
God speed.

p.s. also if it helps i am running a dell Microsoft XP professional.
