Can't Solve Problem To Remove Vista Antivirus 2008

Hello and Hai..to all member in this forum...i am kindly newbie for this forum..

Ermph...i have read and follow the solutions method by http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/malware-re.../antivirus-2008
but i can run the program (mbam-setup.exe).. but didn't show any progres while installation...i am so confuse...
when i try for the second time... the mbam-setup.exe., can't run...so i delete and downlod for the new one...its also have the same problem...

this virus also create automatically short cut (Free Stuf) and (Nude Pics)on my desktop... when this virus(VISTA AntiVirus 2008) pop-up on screen

What should i do? because no errors displayed on my screen...

for your information i can't surf the internet ...
Please help me to solve this problem....

this is my windows version spec : windows xp SP3,

did anyone can help me?...
