hi.. bleepingcomputer.. i'm having this really bad problem.. i think i'm being hacked or some sort.. this IEXPLORE.exe fills up my task manager.. and uses all of my available memory.. so what i did is to turn all of them off. makes my pc really really slow.. i need help.. plss....

oh my goodness.. while i have type my problem above,, my computer just changed its background,, its like a red danger symbol and says at the bottom "your privacy is in danger" "download privacy protection software now" and this dialog box keeps popping up.. Windows Security alert: your pc is being attacked,by blah blah.. and says i download the given software.. " i need help..
