Does anyone out there know how to get Favorites to work including ADD, DELETE, IMPORT, EXPORT, etc.? For some strange reason, nothing shows up and I am unable to import Favorites from my computer. Everything works fine when using Firefox, but the problem exists only with IE. I've tried a couple of fixes but all have been unsuccessful. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Go to Start and type in "iexplore -extoff" and press Enter.
This will launch Internet Explorer with your add-ons disabled.
Then try some operations with your Favorites.
If they work, then it's one of the add-ons that's causing the problem.

Then launch Internet Explorer normally (through the icon) and go to Tools...Manage Add-ons.
Selectively disable a few at a time until you find which one is causing the issue.

Thanks for the suggestion...
I tried that but with no luck. It tells me that IE is running w/o add-ons however none of my favorites show up and I am unable to add or import any into IE. Could this problem have anything to do with Windows Live? The funny thing is that if I run Windows Live, I am able to access Favorites using Windows Live Favorites.

Sorry, but I've got no idea of how Windows Live works. Maybe someone else will come along with some suggestions My Google searches tend to come up with an issue between IE and Windows Live - or an issue with malware.

While you're waiting, you could run some of these free, online scans to rule out malware that has eluded your current protection.
(Be advised that some of these scanners will pickup things in "quarantine" from other anti-virus programs - so review the results carefully)
