Hi wonderfully busy yet incredibly helpful Bleeping Computer Specialist!

I have some files & linked folders that appeared one day in May that I didn't purposely save to my computer. I'm unable to open these folders/files and my computer tells me the "files are open in another program" so I cannot delete them either - which to me screams Trojan Virus!

I've done a full scan with Norton Anti-Virus 360 & Ad-Aware but they haven't recognized this problem, thus I have no name for what is happening.

Norton's archives did say that I've been infected in the last month by:
W32.Silly FDC
VBS Run auto (reoccuring!)
Backdoor.EggDrop
Trojan Wimad (since May! Possible link?)

Here are the unwanted files in my USER Folder:
NTuser.dat
Ntuser.dat.LOG1
ntuser.dat.LOG2
NTUSER.DAT{3a539871-6a70-11db-887c-d362bd253390}.TM.blf
NTUSER.DAT{3a539871-6a70-11db-887c-d362bd253390}.TM.CONTAINER00000000000000000000001.regtrans-ms
NTUSER.DAT{3a539871-6a70-11db-887c-d362bd253390}.TM.CONTAINER00000000000000000000002.regtrans-ms
ntuser.ini

Unwanted folders (they're actually links to folders- but I don't know their original location) in my USER Folder:
Application Data
Cookies
Local Settings
My Documents
NetHood
Recent
Send To
Start Menu
Templates

Cannot delete: Erin/AppData/LocalLow/Microsoft/CryptnetUrlCache (I'm able to open AppData folder, but it has some questionable content... not sure what I should attempt to delete)

Thanks for your advice on how to start tackling this problem.

Warm regards,

Erin
