Hi, to one and all. I've used your site a few times and like the way problems are resolved with easy to understand answers. I am not computer literate, think that it was not my fault but the machines, never touched it or did anything to cause this problem to occur and need nursery class I.T. terms to get me out of a pickle. So be prepared to explain in easy to follow steps as I will only be back to ask the same thing again. I will thank one and all now for any help I shall receive in the future, and trust me I will. :flowers:

Welcome to BC!
Because this is fundamentally a user community, everyone tries to write as simply as possible and to keep the technical terms to a minimum. And you can always ask that something be explained a different way so that you can understand it.
Regards,
John
