ok

so i go online today only to find that it wont connect me to the web

i try to log into skype and msn but those dont work either.

my internet connection (wireless router connected to my modem in thehouse) is all connnected, green light.

but it still wont load anything.

i did repair, rebooted, everything

then i did system restore to days before, and it worked fine till i shut it off and powered it on again

then i scanned with spybot and avg.

AVG came up with C:\\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts when it was done scanning for viruses

im assuming its a host error (....duh) that was PROBABLY from a limewire file i downloaded.

what exactly do i do, and what do i download to fix this problem

If you have ZoneAlarm firewall:

To fix the issue: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/pre...ccessIssue.html
More info on how this happened: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2008/07/09/ms...zonealarm_woes/

If you don't have ZoneAlarm firewall:
