The tv blips out every so often as well.

Power Level -12 dBmV - Too low - ideally -/+ 5 dbmv.

Power Level 55 dBmV - Too high - ideally below 53 dbmv.

Those power levels are out abit, im not with Comcast as I am in the UK, but with a cable company so i do know abit about what goes on in a cable modem ;).
