Had A Malware

Got rid of the malware with malware bytes but now can't get to printer or run any video Tks Softy

Open Device Manager and click on all of the +'s. Look for any yellow exclamation points and tell us what device they are by

Parallel device is probably your printer, unless it's a USB connection. Remove your printer software and re-install it.
Can you be a little more specific about not playing any video? The monitor is working, correct? Do you mean viewing DVD movies or streaming videos?

I removed the printer and re installed to no avail. The videos we can't view are the ones that come by e-mail. But other sites are problem also like loging
in. I guessed that these problems are all related. TKS Softy

What kind of computer is this? Could be your chip set drivers have been moved or deleted due to the infection. Or you have an on going infection that is causing you problems. Have you post a HJT log?

Computer is a Dell Deminsion 8250. Chip drivers? Don't have a clue what or where those are. Havn't sent a log and probable don't know how.
Logging in to existing accounts is next to imposible. Tried to pay a bill on line and the site would not accept my amount. Trying to log into snapfish and login is accepted and a blank page shows up.
Cant play any videos or print off outlook express. Tks for your time. Softy
